Roasted Turkey with Chef’s Twist

Turkey breast stuffed with Cumberland sausage meat inspired by Malabar flavours, apricot, and cranberry, wrapped in streaky bacon, served with roasted potatoes, festive vegetables, and roasting jus. (+£3 supplement)

Royal Malabar Lamb Shank

Lamb shank slow-cooked in aromatic Malabar spices, served in a creamy sauce infused with hints of coconut and cardamom. Accompanied by Kerala-style bubble and squeak, and seasonal garden vegetables tempered with crushed chili and fennel.

Salmon Mulakoshyam

Salmon cooked in spices and tamarind infused onion and tomato sauce finished with coconut milk. Served with Kerala brown rice and okra masala

Aubergine Nirachathu (vegan)

Baked aubergine filled with jackfruit, yam and keralan spices. Topped with vegan cheese. Served with connoisseur chips, grilled mushrooms and house salad.

Travancore Chicken Curry

A southern Indian traditional chicken curry with Malabar spices and creamy coconut sauce and herbs. Served with Kerala brown rice and kathrikai roast
